Weddings are expensive. Great Wedding Photography is expensive. I get it. I really do. I also get that there are a million other things that you are spending your wedding budget on. Sometimes, couples can’t afford a wedding album in their budget, and I truly understand that. On the other hand, I believe that there is no better way to remember, treasure and share your wedding day, than with a fine art album. I don’t believe in cutting corners either and pride myself on the fact that my albums, prints and heirloom boxes are the finest quality available anywhere. The cost reflects that, but I refuse to offer anything that is not going to last generations.
A couple of years ago, I tried to set up a way for my wedding couples to allow their friends and family to help out with purchasing their wedding album or prints for their walls. It’s a different world today and most of us already own a toaster, waffle iron and more than enough bath towels, when it’s time for us to marry. Your registry doesn’t have to be at Target or Crate & Barrel. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could register for a wedding album that will become your first family heirloom? I’ll be honest, when I tried to do it myself, it didn’t work very well. Luckily, a great company, Giverly, has come up with a way that we can help our client’s set up a gift registry for albums, prints and more and it’s super easy for everyone involved.
I want to share how easy it is to set up. After we discuss what products you are interested in, I will send you a link where you can choose the quantity of each item that you want for each menu item. Click HERE for an example.
Once you choose the quantity, you then can email your gift registry to your guests or post the link on you wedding website. THIS is what it will look like!
From there, when a guest purchases anything on your gift registry, you will be notified who purchased what. To make things easier, after your wedding day, you will be emailed a list of each guest and what they have purchased so that you can thank them.
It’s that easy.
